If there’s one thing we know how to do at talentshed (aside from helping people land their perfect job), it’s celebrating everyone’s success. Last Friday, we wrapped up 2024 with a night full of awards, games, drinks, and a questionable amount of pizza. 🍕🍻

We say it every year, but it’s true – this team is what makes talentshed what it is. Every single person has played a part in pushing us forward, hitting milestones, and making this place something special.
Meet our 2024 end-of-year award winners (drumroll, please)...
Most Valuable Player: Chloe
Awarded MVP for being our top performer across the board in 2024. HUGE congrats, Chloe. 👏
Best Team: Vision Express RPO team
Jack, Emma, Jenny, Bethany and Blythe have shattered their own records again and again. Well done guys - absolute machines. 💪
Most Dedicated Player: Tom
Tom’s consistent hard work and dedication day-in and day-out did not go unnoticed. Thanks for always giving 100%, Tom. 🙌
Breakout Player: Emma
Emma had an incredible year of growth, stepping up, taking on new challenges, and making a real impact across the board. Go Emma! 🚀
Coach’s Award: Polly
Polly embodies the cultures and values of talentshed to a T – leading, inspiring, and just generally being an absolute legend. 🏆
But these awards only scratch the surface – from our recruitment teams driving real impact in optics, audiology, and education; to the marketing team making sure our voice reaches the right people, and everyone working behind the scenes to keep things moving - 2024 was a team effort in every sense.
